Today I will offer you three options for recipes: from berries, from fruits and from vegetables.

I only offered three smoothie recipes. In fact, there are a great many of them.

You can safely add fruits to vegetables, so they only emphasize and enhance each other's properties. Try different mixes of berries with fruits.

  • two tablespoons of oatmeal;
  • 150 ml of yogurt;
  • mango - 1 pc.

Oatmeal is poured with yogurt and left for half an hour. Mango is washed, peeled, pit removed. All ingredients are transferred to a blender and beat.

Berry smoothie with cherries and raspberries

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted cherries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup drinking natural yoghurt 2.5%

Cooking

Fruit smoothies: cooking recipes

These two fruits harmonize very well with each other. The main condition for obtaining a smooth, uniform texture is that the fruits are ripe.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium apple
  • 1 large pear
  • 1 glass of green tea
  • Honey and lemon juice - to taste
  • Cinnamon

Cooking

PS In this recipe, green tea is used as a liquid, as it does not interrupt the taste of fruits, and the drink turns out to be tender.

You can also use drinking yogurt, apple-pear juice. The taste and calorie content of ready meals will also change accordingly.

Wash and peel and pit the apple and pear. Cut them into random pieces.
